I want to change the email that is sent to the user when registration is complete.
I have opted for the administrator to activate the registrations, as we are a small club and only want our members to have access to the forum.
Please can you tell me where I can edit the script that sends the email.  I have looked but can't spot a script that might be the one that generates the email.
I need to change this urgently, so a quick reply would be appreciated.

You can change the content of registration mail inside
ACP>>Configuration>>Languages>> Your Languages >>Edit>> messages.lang.php.

when admin activates user account, mail content sent to user is this : user_awaiting_activation.lang.php#L37-L49

however it is not functioning as expected and these changes are required
