Requests, Services & Jobs section has many good looking themes which are available on payment.
And some sites provide downloads of paid themes. using such themes is against MyBB support Eligibility policy.

MySkin, WallBB are a couple of names I have in mind right now. There are atleast 10 of them which offer free / paid themes of their own.
