I understand, the reason is lot of plugins gets broken if I don't use tables and providing support is a lot of work for me

I highly recommend this responsive theme. WallBB is quick to respond and provide excellent support for template modification to make help make plugins mobile friendly while remaining normal on desktop view. He is the only theme author that makes sure all his theme are updated. The Orange theme is flawless.
