This is a How To change the Control Panel Names

First, go into inc/languages/english/global.lang.php

Then find:

$l['welcome_usercp'] = "User CP"
$l['welcome_modcp'] = "Mod CP"
$l['welcome_admin'] = "Admin CP"

And just change them.
