Im reporting minor, but bit annoying bug. You will get notification even if someone just save a draft in subscribed topic. When you click on that notification you won't see that draft of course (nevertheless it is a bit confusing).
Please consider a fix in next release

The majority of MyAlerts works, but there are a few bugs such as this one which I haven't yet had time to fix. It's probably best to follow the actual thread dedicated to MyAlerts:
