I have created a new Forum and I decided to carry our some tests to see how the 'Forgotten Password' functionality worked.  I clicked the 'Forgotten Password' link and entered the Registered email address and submitted it.  I first received an email with a link address and an 'Activation Code' as follows:

To complete the phase of resetting your account password at Made2Fit Online Members Forum, you will need to go to the URL below in your web browser.
 
http://www.made2fitonline.co.uk/forum/member.php?action=resetpassword&uid=2&code=XXXXXX
 
If the above link does not work correctly, go to

You will need to enter the following:
Username: XXXXX
Activation Code: XXXXX

I clicked the top link and I was presented with a Login screen so I entered my Username and then the Activation Code into the Password Box.  This did not work and I was then presented with a CAPTCHA box which again, did not work after completing.

I went in to the Forum as Administrator and created a new Password in the end!!

I then received an email as follows:

Your password at Made2Fit Online Members Forum has been reset.
 
Your new password is: XXXXX
 
You will need this password to login to the forums, once you login you should change it by going to your User Control Panel.

It seems that there are two different Reset Password processes at work!!!   Does anyone know what the problem might be and do they have a fix please?

Any help appreciated.
