i'd like to see an new configuration which allows you to ignore users from today's birthday, if they've been inactive longer than x time.
I don't think birthday feature being used too extensively in forums currently.
I think this can be a good feature as a plugin.
I think this could be useful. Maybe also a setting that the user must have at least x amount of posts and is not in x usergroup.

Its a core feature, so the improvement should be core too.

"Only Show Birthdays with x Posts" exists already
"not in x usergroup" isn't, could be added too, agree
