Mybb version 1.8.11
We have MYBB on a VPS in Germany, but Default Timezone Offset is +10 (Sydney Australia). However I remain a little confused about where MYBB gets it's time to send mass mail from?
Let's say it is 7pm in Sydney on 19 May, and mass mail is scheduled to send at 10,25,40,55 minutes of every day of every month.
However the "Tools & Maintenance/System Health/Next 3 Tasks" indicates that Mass Mail is set to run at 19-05-2017, 08:40 AM.
Why 8:40AM? Where is this time obtained from? Is this Greenwich time?
