Its me again, with a small layout problem.

You know in the forums where it says: Thread, Author, Replies, Views, Rating, Last Post.

How do you change its font colour. I don't know what section in the theme editing section it is.

You should change the Font Color value in the "Table Sub Headers" section of the Theme Editor.

Oh thanks. I didn't check the links font colours.
