Why would you want to use a design that others are using though?

One of the big problems for me with the current version of myBB 1.8 is the lack of mobile theme support, that's why i'm open to options that are mobile responsive.

You can use GoMobile plugin as well. Works the same.

A redirect does not work the same as a responsive theme. Lack of responsiveness is killing MyBB.

MyBB team prefers default theme as it is. There was a discussion about it before.

Does not matter what they prefer. Fact remains a redirect does not work the same as a responsive theme, and lack of responsiveness is killing MyBB.
