I need a plugin that will enable Administrators to add Badges to users' profiles.
The badge options should consist of "Verified" , "Trusted" , "Premier" , "Expert" , "Donator" , "Devoted", "Veteran" , "Legit" and "VIP". Administrators should be able to select which users have each badge and each user should be able to have multiple badges.
If a user has a "VIP" or "Premier" badge, they should be allowed to delete their own posts, delete their own thread, edit their own posts and edit their own threads. I know that Admin can control permissions for this but I want it to only be available if the users have the badges "VIP" or "Premier".
