I changed the output of code tags via MyCode but the code box in the editor still shows the default codebox when your in the editor. How can i changed this?

do you mean that you have added a new MyCode for code tag through MyCodes section ?

now MyBB default MyCode tags are executed through templates !
templates >> your theme templates >> MyCode Templates [see this image]
