I installed a plugin called OUGC Awards and uploaded all the files to the correct place and checked it three times. And the Awards tab appeared in the Mod CP but in the ACP OUGC Awards In ACP -> Users & Groups it does not appear. In the OUGC Awards thread it says that it is there I'm using MyBB 1.8.11 and PHP 7.0.19 any solutions? This as also happened to other plugins like VIP Membership, the only one that works is Avatar Gallery.
