Did the server clock suddenly change?
Yeah. Exactly. It had everyone as being an hour behind.

It still has the time as being an hour behind, but now posts are showing up as they normally would. So, the posting problem is fixed, though the time is still incorrect for everyone.

I advised the members (who are now semi-freaking out because of all this) to just set their -GST to an hour ahead, and if the clock all of a sudden changes to being an hour ahead, they'll know why - and to just change it whenever that happens.
what Unix system calls load is actually how many processes it has waiting to be processed.

When the load is for example 2, there are 2 processes awaiting processing by the CPU. But the load number is a average number, not the actual in this millisecond.

So it has nothing to do with how many posts you have, you can have some millions and it wont have anything to say, except that it will take longer to load.

The load incereases as the box has much to to, when many users browses the board, the load goes up, simple said.

If things goes to slow, an hardware/software upgrade should be considered..
