Is this function available in acp or elsware?

follow / nofollow setting is available only for the signature links at user group permissions.

if you want to add related meta tag then it can be added to headerinclude template of the theme

if you want to add nofollow to external links then you can use AddNoFollow plugin

got it thank you Also just curious is mybb no follow by default? I don't want no follow. I don't mind if links are followed.

basically MyBB links do not have follow / nofollow attribute.
links are considered to have follow attribute as nofollow is explicitly not used
