By default this plugin is set to 0.1, and im not sure how to set the ratio.

Let's say i want to give them 3 posts before they are forced to post a thread, how would the ratio be set?

0.1 => 1/10 => Threads 1 / Posts 10
for 3 posts a thread you would need 1/3 => 0.33 as the ratio
