I recently transferred servers and now I cannot login. I checked my cookies setting and it's all correct. I read all of this thread, and I still cannot login.

it would be better to remove www from board url
and cookie path can be set to /forum/

required changes can be first done in ~/inc/settings.php file and then
at Site Details page of Configuration section in forum admin panel
