How can I removed the birthday system from MyBB?

The reason I want to is when users try to update options it shows this error:
Please choose a valid birthday privacy option.

I'm on the latest version of MyBB, 1.8.12

what is your forum url & which theme you are using ?
from which MyBB version you have upgraded your forum ?

looks like templates were not updated in correct manner.

usercp_profile template of the theme should consist of this code
