Hi,

Is there a plugin (if there is or not) or coding that stops a forum member from posting a threat or a reply in a forum section without the certain forum posts? But I still want them to see the forum section, but they CAN'T post or reply in it and they get a error message saying something like: "You don't have the right forum posts, to post in this section. Please see the forum requirements for more information"
