Whenever I click on Version check, I get the following:-

"The following errors were encountered:
  • There was a problem communicating with the version server. Please try again in a few minutes."

What can be the issue?

Make sure the server has cURL or fsockopen enabled.

Most freehoster disable this function cause to much abuse. Like spamming and ddos'ing.

Nathan Malcolm and broatcast were correct. Things are working now.
