I tried, but can't figure out how to make my forums...really looking for a good/easy to understand guide or if anyone can set one and help me?

if you are comfortable in spending about (at least) 60$ per year then you can purchase a domain name
and get paid web hosting. or you can run a free MyBB forum using a free web host / icyboards
