Whenever I try to send a Mass Private Message via the ACP (under mass mail) I select all of the user groups to receive it but only two members shows as the people who are going to get it... any ideas why?

Can you take a screenshoot Of the options?!

Such a helpful response. Not to be rude but if you know what MyBB is, you should know what Mass Mail is.

are you doing mass mail or mass pm (in the same section) cause i tried mass pm and it took like a few hours before it got to some people then eventually got to the rest of the people

Mass PM. I select all of the groups as show here: http://prntscr.com/fjgiv5 but this happens: http://prntscr.com/fjgj3v - I have more than 2 members so..

You need to make sure that the member-groups you are trying to send to have the "Can Use Private Message" enabled in the Users and Groups settings > Groups > "Your MemberGroup > Users and Permissions, you also need to make sure that the usergroup you are sending from has "Can send private messages even if recipients have them disabled?" enabled in the Users and Permissions page as well. Same thing happening with me, there are many users but it select only few on Recipient.
