Hi!

I'd really like to stylise the Account List page, but I'm not having a lot of luck with it. It currently looks this. Ideally, I would like it to look like;

I've narrowed the files down to 
accountswitcher_accountlist
accountswitcher_accountlist_attached
accountswitcher_accountlist_master

but I still can't seem to get it to do what I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(unfortunately I can't figure out how to make the accountlist page visible to guests.)
