what is your forum url & which shoutbox you are using ?
on the
index template of the theme
shoutbox related variable can be put next to
{$forums}
if you are using
dvz shoutbox then code can be like below
{$forums}
{$dvz_shoutbox}

You can use a free hosting to host your forum, though it is not recommended. But only if you want to try making a forum using MyBB you can go for free hosting..

There are lot of free hosting, I remember I heard the name of x10hosting before.

i don't need hosting, i need to make My BB forums from it's official but i can't, currently i'm using 1.8.10 from Icyboards!
