Is there a way to change the "MyBB" word at the top of every forum page to something else? I'd like to make the site more personalized.

It's a logo image - you can either replace the logo.png image in the images folder OR you can edit the theme properties to point to a new logo image.
You could go as far as to get completely custom themes. I actually had a freelancer do my logo, another one did the theme for me so I have something custom and professional. The options are truly unlimited
