I got Problem with DVZ Shoutbox, I have installed it correctly and everything but everytime I activate it, it looks so broken :

what is your forum url & which theme you are using ? can guests view the shoubox ?
if guests can't view the shoutbox then provide a test user account so that someone can check it

#Update : I visit the site through Firefox and the Shoutbox looks Normal, but if I went to my Forum on Google Chrome it is completly broken.
looks like browser cache is affecting.
try hard refreshing your chrome browser (eg. press CTRL + F5 a couple of times) & check
