How to add mp3 and wav files to attachments?
do you want members to download them ? if so, attachments settings already includes them.
you have to enable them at forum admin panel >> Configuration >> attachments

If you want to play a mp3 audio attachment, after uploading the attachment file you have to click "Insert into post"
