MyBB Community Forums

Hello all,
I just ported my forum from SMF 2.0.8 to MyBB and for some reason none of the operations in search.php seem to be working. None of my searches return results (or errors). The "View New Posts" and "View Today's Posts" are always empty. Also there is a big blank space in my portal where it used to show some new posts. The "Latest Threads" box does appear in the portal though. I have it set to Standard as far as the search function goes. Permission are set to allow searching. Any ideas on where I could look to see if things are going badly?

My apologies for the VERY long delay. I have fixed the search functions. The problem was when I ported the forum permissions, the "cansearch" flag was not set in any forum so no forums were searchable. All has been fixed now!
