I'm looking for a security plugin. 

When some one is going to open my forum need something like Captcha or etc. 

My version is 1.8.12

I think what you mean is a ddos protection... may you should have a look at cloudflare, the free plan working well with mybb. Just not forget to turn of the caching.

What are you wanting this plugin to do exactly? You'll need to tell us more.

Green things "Secured" how can I add this to my forum

it's not a mybb "problem" you have to buy a SSL Certificate for your domain...

The green thingy is three types, DV, OV and EV you can get the DV for free from cloudflare and/or from Let's Encrypt(need to be renew after three months). And for DDoS protection cloudflare is good if you can't afford premium things. I depends on DDoS protection provided by my Host instead of cloudflare.

I think i have connected my site to Cloudflare but i don't have that Security before link.. And some people tell me that I don't have security please help me

Make sure you turned on your CloudFlare for your site and try to visit your site like https://yoursite if you got the green padlock then its working if not then you misconfigured something.
