What is the average waiting time of plugin validation? We have uploaded our plugin about a month ago, but it's still hanging in the pending queue.

Sorry, it depends on how busy staff are as approval is done manually by staff downloading each submission and reviewing the code. If there are lots of submissions, this process can take a while.
There are currently quite a lot of projects in the queue, but we'll try and work through them as quickly as we can.

I know that all (or naerly al) devs are volunteers, but if you say sth, keep a word, becausew otherwise you become liars. True.
All of our staff are volunteers. Nobody is paid or receives any kind of compensation of any kind for their work on MyBB.
