Anyways... how Ashley1 already sayed ... it just a sourcecode view from the firewall that gets hitted... maybe for rate limits... maybe for not being a valid browser... maybe for other waf rules.
There is no way you are able to use this.
The only thing you can to is to use a waf or a ddos protection. For example blazingfast or cloudflare. Both will output a page like this. There are other local tools out there to implement a waf but using a reverse proxy like cloudflare will be the easy way.
