A friend who has a forum with MyBB wanted this since it is mobile-friendly.

It's come to my attention that my work is being pirated. I will be pretty stupid to continue publishing my work here just so that thieves can make profit off the back of my work.

It's linked in headerinclude. If you need to make changes to the W3.CSS consider placing the changes at the bottom of global.css instead.

Writing for the friend who when asked a question about how to change this as shown on the picture. He would like to see forum text Last post should be just above the wonder text.
You can change this in a good way? What should he look for in order to change this?
