Hello, 
Registration Mail System and login system isn't working!
When user register no email sent for him and when he tries to log in it says thanks for login but after the redirect, i shows as Guest!

sounds like a dramatic plugin confliction, this happened to me when I installed MYAlerts incorrectly. but hopefully someone can help you.
