Sorry for the lack of reply on my part. I've been wiped out from work these last couple days. So I made the changes you suggested about the "editable by" groups and it worked. Thanks for the help!

No worries! Glad it worked Cool . I would bet that fixes akacruiseman's problem also. I may post a little like creating a custom field guide because the errors can be fairly misleading, confused me the first time I saw it too.
