How can i enable users to change thread rating?

it gives error  : Sorry, but you have already rated this thread.

It allows to delete thread rating given by users and rate thread rating again

There is one more plugin, I have not tested but it is also a similar plugin to above.

ty but i really need re-rate feature

so lets say i click 3 stars first then i click 2 stars and it works
