If user gets private message notification for a message, starting with quote, they see something like this:

Here is an excerpt of the message:

I can confirm... it is because of the changes related to time function... should be fixed ASAP

If not, it should be added there.

I dont know, anyway would be really nice to merge some more PRs to avoid merge conflicts in future...

Before merging, I need to test them which I haven't had a chance to do yet.

I can confirm the issue, and my PR doesn't fix it.
