Hi,

Does anyone know of or could anyone make a plugin where users can submit their available dates and then administrators or moderators could accept their appointment on the forum?

You can achieve this using xThreads from MyBBHacks (Zingaburga's forum).

No sure, xThreads is a powerful plugin and with plenty of possibilities, you can check some examples in the following page:

There you can see app examples like the "events forum" and "contact us system".
