Hi, 

We need a auth page for our forum to get access to a program we have.

so our question is, is it even possible with a plugin or do we need to hire a coder.

What do you mean an auth page? MyBB has login/registration built in.

It's only for users that have let's say 50 posts and 10 likes, then they get an auth code for the program, so they can log in to the program by using the auth code.
