Could someone please convert the theme below to mybb? I have contacted the author about permission. He said it may be done with no limits.

I can do it. No limits you say? Care to clarify? And would you mind getting this permission statement in writing . Will you want this to be a public release? Im almost done with two other IPB/MyBB themes, this one will follow suit.
