I've made the settings for both thread and posts for the selected groups but they're not able todo moderation actions such as lock topics, move and what not.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Did you assigned these users as moderators from the forum management page?

Ok great, we're making progress, now the tools show up.
But how do I make the tools in a way that it's just the same as standard tools?
Cuz like I tried making a tool to lock topics something like "XXX Custom Mod Lock topic" and when ever I execute this tool it doesn't lock the topic or any other action..
I'm trying to make the tools JUST exactly the same way as Standard tools but assigning specific tools to specific groups.
