My board has been like this for a while.
Whenever you try to upload an avatar to an account on the forums, you are presented with a white screen.
The link is "https://neotekgaming.com/usercp.php" and the avatar change does not occur.

Yes, unfortunately your theme is outdated and there has been a ton of changes to MyBB in the interim. You can research the forum to see what those changes were and try to apply them to that theme, or use an updated theme.
