Disable Cloudflare complete ... then refresh your browser cache and try again.
To make sure you have no configuration error on CF side.
I have a cache page rule on my unseenmc.com/forums/admin/* rule set to "Bypass". Will this do?

How do I disable CloudFlare completely? Also I am not changing my host. Not an option.
go to your clouflare account, disable it and refresh cache. Then enable cloudflare but disable cache of cloudflare.
Now you gotta it.
If you don't have cloudflare account contact your webhost and tell them to remove cache and cloudflare cache
