MyBB Community Forums

So basically, for a while, users have not been able to log into their accounts on my MyBB forums.  It goes like this:
They go to the forums, they are logged out, they press log in, enter their credentials, push log in, they are directed to unseenmc.com/forums (go there to test this PLEASE) and are not logged in.  No notifications on screen or anything.  A similar thing happens with the admin panel.  Here is a video: 
Now I am running MyBB version 1.8.6 but I am unable to update if necessary due to me being "locked" out of my admin panel.

Sounds like your cookie domain and path. Cookie domain should be .unseenmc.com and cookie path should be /forums/

How do I find and change this?

Unfortunately I tried that tool that they gave me.
Here is my cookie settings from my settings.php file:

$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".unseenmc.com";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/forums/";

I also tried clearing my cloudflare cache and comparing my settings.php to an old version I had, nothing worked.  Got anything else?
