There are default fields in the ACP that replaces a specific content in a template.
Let's take an example : Site Title.
On the ACP, if you set Site Title's value to "X", X will appear at the top of every pages.
I'd like to know how it is possible to do the exact same thing but with a different ACP field (custom, new one) that would change the element X in template Y ?
