I'm looking for a way to keep users email hidden everywhere (mainly posts and profile pages), how to do so?

By default, I've changed the status of checkboxes shown at registration page so that the "Hide email" one will be checked, but users can still re-enable it and it has to be avoided.

To make it so users can’t send or see users emails go to Admin CP -> Templates & Styles -> Templates -> ‘Your Theme’ -> Members Templates -> member_profile_contact_details. Then go down to and delete {$sendemail} and save. Now go view a profile to see if it works.
