The ucp.php link is for people that have JavaScript disabled in their browser.
It should actually be usercp.php but I think that may lead the person straight to the userCP page.

I'm just trying to edit one thing to make the whole site have a cyan look cx But i'll take a look, btw, added in at the footer what you needed. But was never told that I couldn't take out the template name, but instead had to have "Mybb" added to footer to receive support.

BTW it's a bit messed up now, your footer links, have a look at how it was in the original theme installation to fix. Also that shade of cyan hurts the eyes a bit, maybe try to find a shade that contrasts better against the black background. Otherwise good luck with the forum.
