Hello guys 

is it possible to protect the theme ? if possible how is it done ? Pls help
no, protecting a theme is not possible.

No it's not possible, if someone want to see your CSS and source code they will get it. At the same time I don't think it's possible to completely steal your theme unless you're hacked.
But, some sites do not have CSS's (Example:global.css)

That's because they may have renamed it, or inlined the CSS.
Well How can i do it
You can't "protect" the theme or stylesheets. You either serve the stylesheets or you don't. Simple as that.

Renaming the CSS or inline'ing the CSS won't prevent seasoned thieves from seeing your CSS ! If you want to rename global.CSS you can go ahead and try in ACP under the theme's properties page. Inline'ing the CSS is normally done for optimization reasons and I would not recommend you to do that without doing some homework first.
