I need a visitor counter for MyBB.
I got a HTML code from this website for counting:
http://www.reliablecounter.com
I add it to Header template but nothing shown.

Have you tried pasting the code in the footer?
Admin CP -> Templates & Styles -> Templates -> ‘Your Theme’ -> Footer Templates -> Footer

If you want to add it in the header go to 
Admin CP -> Templates & Styles -> Templates -> ‘Your Theme’ -> Header Templates -> Header and paste the code.
