I am using x10hosting for my forum with mybb 1.8

When I change a template, make a new post, edit something, basically anything to the forum, it takes a bit for the changes to be displayed. When I make a new post and immediately go back to the index, it won't even show the new post. After refreshing, it shows. I usually have to refresh 2 times for changes to be made.

Caching probably because of your host. Unless you're using Cloudflare.
