please am getting the below error for google seo plugin after uploading all the files . all my plugins disappeared too

The pid=3#pid3? i read that it doesnt matter and does not affect seo?

Those are direct links to specific posts.
?pid=x selects the correct thread and page of the thread that post is in.
#pidx makes the browser scroll down to the post in question.
If you remove that, post links no longer work.
Google SEO sets a meta canonical tag for the thread and page without the ?pid=x#pidx. You can also add a specific rule for pid parameter in the Google Webmaster Tools (
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/...parameters ). However if unsure it's best to leave these alone...
